Structured advice might include providing guidance around the right legal structure or re-structure for your business affairs. This advice also extends to asset protection, succession and estate planning, and business performance review and improvement.

Unstructured advice is generally provided on an ad-hoc basis and comes from being able to ‘think on our feet’. It’s a skill that we believe adds great value to our client engagements, helping businesses to optimize their performance. We place a large emphasis on the value in brainstorming with our clients, coming up with new and innovative ideas and helping with their implementation.
